A selection of flavours from our kitchen

Our head chef Ari RĂ¼del is a specialist in Mediterrean cuisine having worked several years in that part of the world. He combines it with the best of the culinary traditions of Mecklenburg, thus generating a truly harmonius overall picture.

Our kitchen only uses fresh, mainly local products. Regional venison, meat from selected organic farms and herbs from our own garden make for an enjoyable gastronomic experience. Our cellar offers a wide range of wines adding significantly to the pleasure of eating in our attractive restaurant.

The objective of our kitchen-team is to revive and combine castle-like cooking with a modern style, for the enjoyment of our guests.

We offer our guests a varied and appetizing breakfast. Excellent basic products are used to produce a well-balanced buffet. We cater to many wishes with cut cold meats, eggs in different styles, plus our home-made marmalades and a variety of rolls and breads.

We serve fresh cakes, ice-cream, coffee and tea from 14.00 hrs.

Our guests can dine from 18.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs close to the tiled stove in the Neo-gothic salon. The wind-protected terrace with view of the park and of its little lake offers in summer a special ambience and relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurant also opens on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 14.00 hrs for excellent smeals.
